Terms of Use

Welcome to Ancient Glory Guesthouse. By using our website, making a reservation, or staying with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Reservations and Payment

  • Reservations: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract. Any deposit you may have paid is refundable, subject to our cancellation policy (detailed below).

  • Forms of Payment: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and net banking.

  • Prices: The prices include accommodation, as mentioned on the website, and any indicated board (e.g., breakfast). Extras such as additional meals or drinks are not included unless specified. These extras will be charged at check-out.

2. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in: Check-in is available from 12:00 PM (noon) to 11:00 PM. If you plan to check in before 12:00 PM or after 11:00 PM, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Any remaining balance for your stay is payable at check-in.

  • Check-out: Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Any extra services used during your stay must be paid for upon departure.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date. If the cancellation is made within this time frame, any deposit paid will be refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled stay, your deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Non-Availability: In the rare event that your accommodation is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will attempt to provide an alternative. If no alternative is available, or if it is not acceptable to you, we will refund all money paid. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

4. Damages, Breakages, and Lost Keys

  • Guest Responsibility: You are responsible for any damages or breakages that occur during your stay. This includes accidents or incidents that result in damage to the guesthouse property or missing items. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged to you.

  • Lost Keys: A charge of ₹500 will be applied for each lost key.

5. Parking and Liability

  • Parking: We provide one free car parking space per room at the guesthouse’s ground floor. Parking is at the guest’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for damage or theft of vehicles or possessions.

  • Liability: We do not accept any liability for loss, damage, or injury to guests, their vehicles, or their possessions unless proven to be caused by negligence on our part or by our employees.

6. Internet Access

  • Wi-Fi: Free wireless internet is provided. However, as this service depends on external providers, we cannot guarantee continuous access or high-quality connectivity. Ensure your devices are compatible with wireless networks.

7. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in the guesthouse.

8. Force Majeure

  • Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), we will offer a refund or allow you to reschedule your stay, depending on availability.
