Review the following policies for information regarding reservations, cancellations, parking, prices, and more, when planning your stay at Ancient Glory
But first, the stuff that we shouldn’t have to say but unfortunately do: Please note that violation of policies will result in cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property without refund.
Prices:
The price includes accommodation (mentioned in the services section) plus any board indicated. It should be clearly stated on the booking form that all extras such as meals, drinks etc. are additional. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking.
Cancellation:
Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is refundable subject to terms and conditions. Our cancellation policy for booking is that it should be given with 48 hours notice prior of the stay else any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable.
Non-availability:
We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all money paid by you (Online or in Person). Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. Also, the number of days taken to process the refund and credit the amount to the customer's bank account(if done through Online Process) within 5-7 working days.
Check-in time:
Check-in time is from 12:00 pm(noon) to 11:00 pm. If you want to check in before 12:00 pm or after 11:00 pm, please give us a call in advance. Your bill balance for the accommodation/services is payable on arrival.
Check-out time:
Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure.
Damages,
Breakages and Key lost:
Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost of replacement or repair. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay. One key lost will incur Rs 500 charge for a replacement.
Liability:
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of employment.
Parking:
We provide free one Car parking at the Ground Floor of the Guest House to our guests. It is guest's own risk to park at the Guest House.
Internet Access:
We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop and mobile devices have wireless function.As the service is beyond our control,we could not guarantee internet access quality.
Pets:
Pets are not permitted.
